The first major undertaking of the GCTC will be to explore the need to expand the hours of operation currently available to restaurant and tavern patrons. In addition, the GCTC will develop a marketing strategy for St. Patrick’s Day and other significant holidays.
The current members of the newly formed organization include Frank Coyle ( Highland Tavern), Dennis & Tammy Galligan (Jacks Bar & Grill), Todd Kakowski ( Essex Street Pub), Tom Monahan
( Max’s Café), Patrice Viggiano ( Caps Saloon), Peter Vitale
( Vitales Italian Eatery).
The next meeting will be held at Max’s Café, Tuesday, January 23rd at 4 pm. Once again we would like to invite all current holders of liquor licenses in the City of Gloucester to attend.
