Former Gloucesterite Mike Bowe Brings Happy Hour to Martini Lounge Radio 1340 AM

Philadelphia – Starting Monday, January 14, 2008, radio air personality, Mike Bowe will have an expanded role on Martini Lounge Radio 1340 AM WHAT.
Mike will host "Happy Hour" weekdays at 5 pm and feature the best of the swingin', finger poppin' Standards from the stations top artists.
Happy Hour will originate from the station's Manayunk studios as well as live broadcasts from sites around Philadelphia. Mike will entertain e-mail requests from listeners and keep the joint jumpin' with artists like Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darin, Dean Martin, Tony Bennett, Ella Fitzgerald and Peggy Lee as well as new artist Michael Buble, Harry Connick Jr and Diana Krall. Future shows will spotlight legendary 'live & lively' recordings from these amazing artists and many more like Louis Prima, Judy Garland and Jimmy Durante. Happy Hour HaHa's, Local-lites and dynamic duets will be great additions to the cocktail mix.
The new Contemporary Standards format on Martini Lounge Radio 1340 AM targets adult "Baby Boom" listeners with classic and contemporary music. Standards from the Great American Songbook are enjoying a resurgence in popularity among maturing Baby Boomers in their 40's and 50's across the country.
Mike is a former resident of Gloucester City and a graduate of Gloucester Catholic High School.
