Camden man shot after waving gun at Woodbury police officers

A 36-year-old Camden man has been charged with assault, weapons and
terroristic threats offenses after brandishing a handgun at Woodbury
police officers this morning, resulting in one of the officers firing
his service weapon and wounding the man twice.
Earl Bernard Harris, age 36, of Pfeiffer St., was wounded in the
arm and pelvis and was transported to Cooper Medical Center in Camden,
where he was in critical but stable condition. A juvenile male from Merchantville, a nephew of Harris who was with
him during the incident, was taken into custody and charged with
loitering for the purpose of obtaining drugs. He was released in his
parents’ custody.
