Officials have said Christopher Mikels, 26, was present in mid-January when Douglas Mandichak, 25, of Maple Shade, allegedly beat 17-year-old Felicia Mikels with a 4-by-4 piece of lumber at an industrial lot and then wrapped her body in a tarp. Christopher Mikels has admitted to driving Mandichak and his niece's body to Cinnaminson, where she was dropped into Pennsauken Creek, James Mikels said.

The night of the fatal beating, officials have said, Felicia Mikels was lured to a bowling alley in Pennsauken by Christopher Mikels. She brought her 5-week-old daughter, Miciana Ciara Ramos to the meeting. Once there, she and the baby were driven to the industrial lot by Christopher Mikels and Mandichak, according to authorities. Authorities said they were led to Christopher Mikels through telephone records.

After she was beaten, Christopher Mikels drove Mandichak,  the dead body and the baby to the creek.
