UEZ! OK, Gloucester Plumbing's old building located on South Broadway was purchased by the UEZ for $600,000.00 What is the Realtor asking for that building? It's not even listed with a Realtor that is part of the MLS. I guess it will just sit For Sale until the UEZ decides to Lease it Cheap to some Irish Potato Store!
Howard Clark doesn't even live in Gloucester City he lives in Gloucester Twp. Channel 19 is a disgrace always having some computer/power point error, we've all seen it, and the content is a joke for the most part, and what ever happened to WE THE PEOPLE knowing what is going on?
We need to get together a REAL Committee to oversee exactly what the UEZ is doing with our Tax Dollars that are designed to "Help" Gloucester City the Urban Enterprise Zone, not help the people who run the UEZ to sell their business to the UEZ for a Few Hundred Thousand Dollars more than it will be worth even 20 years from now!!
Stand up and Question with me, what Good Judgment is the UEZ and Mayor & Council making for U, Me and Our Future Kids that aren't even born yet, but will have high taxes in Gloucester City, soon to be renamed not SouthPort, but South South Camden, I'm not putting down Gloucester City, it's the people running the budgets and decisions that will effect everyone of us for decades to come. Oh, Thank You Mr. Mayor & Council for our New Tax Increase! :o(

Mr. Cleary
I find the preceeding comment quit interesting. Could you verify the two claims made by Same stuff new people? He/she raises a very interesting question as to who is running this town.

Mr. Mayor and council new faces same old political hack jobs. What qualifications does Mr. Clark have to land such a critical position for the future of the UEZ. The creation of new administrative jobs keep coming at what cost, the police department has the same number of officers today as they did back in 1984. We need to focus on making Gloucester City a safe place to live on both sides of the tracks. We learn of more committees and more outside consultants hired to generate new business at the cost of $90,000 so where are the new business????

What possible qualification does Howard Clarke have as the new UEZ person. Is it true Bob Bevans is going to be the mayor's new assistant, is this because he couldn't pass the Civil Service test for his present position. I thought this administration was going stop the good old boy practice.......
