Rutgers Baseball takes series with 6-3 win over Seton Hall

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J.  – The Rutgers baseball team scored three runs in the first and never looked back en route to a 6-3 victory over Seton Hall in the BIG EAST series finale Sunday afternoon at Owen T. Carroll Field.

The Scarlet Knights, who also won Friday's opener, took the three-game series from the Pirates for the second-straight year. RU improved to 18-22-1 overall and 8-10 in the BIG EAST, while SHU fell to 27-17 overall and 13-8 in the conference.
